KING'S COLLEGE LINKS

We  have strong community links with King's College School in Wimbledon. 

In the Autumn term, we take some pupils from Year 6 to King's College for additional challenging Mathematics lessons.

The pupils are chosen by their class teachers and ongoing assessments, as these lessons are particularly challenging and provide our pupils with greater depth and wider knowledge of particular areas of Mathematics. 

In the Summer term, we take some pupils from Year 5. These pupils are also chosen by the class teachers, they need to have demonstrated that they will relish the challenge offered within these additional lessons at King's College School. 

We also attend other workshops such as climate change projects. Our Year 6's spent a term planning a project on how we could improve sustainability at The Priory. The winning presentation was then selected to be presented at The David Attenborough Suite at the Natural History Museum!
