The Priory CofE Primary School

FOPSA

What is FOPSA?

FOPSA is the Priory’s PTA and is a registered charity (Charity number 1107280).

It is run by a group of volunteers who work closely with the school to provide resources to support the children’s education at the Priory. All members of the school community (parents, carers and staff) are automatically members and welcome to attend meetings as well as getting involved in FOPSA events.

FOPSA organise a number of fun events throughout the year for the children and parents/carers to raise money for the school and to strengthen the sense of community throughout the school.  Typically, FOPSA organises a fireworks night, parents’ quiz night, coffee mornings, a children’s disco, summer fair as well as a number of Christmas events.

How to get involved?

FOPSA is run by committee of volunteers and we are always looking for new committee members and new ideas to raise money.

Getting involved with FOPSA is a great way to find out what's going on in the school and meet other parents and carers. Please do consider if you can spare just some of your time to join us and support your children's school. You don't have to be a formal member of the committee to be involved, adhoc support is also greatly appreciated at our events.  Do send us an email if you want to find out more (fopsa@hotmail.co.uk).

How to support FOPSA?

Tickets for FOPSA events will be available for sale before each event on our website:

www.pta-events.co.uk/fopsa

In the current climate, we have had to cancel a number of our usual fundraising events.

Please support us in the meantime by signing up at www.thegivingmachine.co.uk and select “Priory C of E School, Wimbledon” as your chosen charity. By using the Giving Machine many of your online purchases from hundreds of retailers, including Amazon, John Lewis, ebay, Tesco, Argos, Boots, may result in a percentage donation being made to FOPSA, at no cost to you.
